Mr. Mittapalli Rama Rao is the Chairman of the company and MRR Group. After his bachelor’s degree in commerce he joined the Tobacco business in 1956 which was started by his father Mr. Mittapalli Audinarayana in 1946. The eminent person of the industry and known for his values, vision & commitment.

His guts always being a step forward and strives for farmer’s growth. He mentors to next generation personals of the company in initiating & expanding the business. He is the man of example for the saying ‘Age is for Body, not for mind’ by his actions in diversifying to Manufacturing and Service Sector. His guidance initiates all the businesses under one roof with a name ‘MRR Group’.

Mr. Mittapalli Umaaa Maheswar Rao is the Managing Director of the company. He has been part in the business after his Masters in Science, Bachelor’s degree in Law & Administration graduation. He gave a concrete shape to the vision of his father Mr. Mittapalli Rama Rao with help of his brothers and other directors.

In 35 years of his entrepreneurial journey, He is well recognised for his ethics, values, vision and simplicity which crowned him with honours like ‘President for The Indian Tobacco Association’ for couple of times and as Vice Chairman and twice as member for the Tobacco Board, Govt of India and many other honours. He received many awards likeRashtriya Vikas Shiromani Award from Delhi Telugu Academy and National Integration Award from Health Care International for his social services and also in the field.

Mr. Mittapalli Siva Kumar is the director of the company. He joined the team after his Bachelor’s degree in commerce. In his 30 years of entrepreneurial journey in the company he made his mark in streamlining the procurement policies, standards and process, which are primary crucial factors.

Mr. Tadepalli Veeranjaneya Kumar is the director of the company. He Joined the team after his master’s degree in commerce. He has been part of the company since 36 years. He re-engineered the procurement and production process which are important for any agriculture produce and also enhanced the product quality.

Mr. Mittapalli Sharat Babu joined the board after his bachelor’s degree in engineering. He took the responsibilities of finance division. His efforts made the company to a financial strong one and Helps Company in diversification to different horizons of the economy.

Mr. Tadepalli Venkata Rama Krishna joined the board after his Master Degree MBA. He looks after procurement and processing and also heads the redrying factory. He has been part of the company since 20 Years.

Mr. Mittapalli Naga Venkata Krishna is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary. He is also an All India Rank Holder. He worked in Business Taxation department in Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Hyderabad, India for few years where he gained knowledge & exposure of many sectors. He joined the board and took the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer and standardised the financial policies etc with the guidance of the Board.
